Australia Orders

Return Window

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return or exchange

Eligible Returns

We accept returns in the following cases:

  • Size exchanges
  • If an item arrives faulty or damaged

Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags must be attached
  • Items must be returned in original packaging where possible

Refund Options

Once your return is received and approved, you can choose:

  • A refund to your original payment method, or
  • Store credit to use anytime

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • For payments made via Afterpay or PayPal, transaction fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund

Exchanges

We offer one complimentary size exchange per order within Australia, subject to availability.

Sale Items

Items marked as sale, final pieces, or part of our Imperfectly Wild collection are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

International Orders

We understand that ordering from across the world can feel like a leap, and we want you to feel comfortable every step of the way 🤎

  • Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable

Our garments are made in small batches by skilled artisans.
Slight variations in colour, texture, or finish are part of their unique, handcrafted nature and are not considered faults.

Fit & Sizing

We understand that finding the right fit online can be tricky. If the size isn’t right, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to help with a size exchange, subject to availability.

Please note that returns for fit, style preference, or change of mind are not eligible for a refund unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
